Frank Ko, Senior Managing Director, is Norsark’s IPO consultant for Guiding in variety of industries into the Capital Market in Taiwan.

Prior to this, he served as Senior Manager in Invest Bank Department of Grand Cathay Securities Ltd., Co. He was in charge of trading business on Taiwan’s over-the-counter market and emerging stock market over 16 years. His leadership experience in Profitable trading serviced investors, including investment banking and private equity.

In addition, he is responsible for privatizing from public to private ownership and control. Before joining Grand Cathay Security, he served as Deputy Manager of Capital Markets Department in JihSun Securities Ltd., Co. over 8 years.
